My Students

My students are creative, enthusiastic learners outside of Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They are excited about learning and strive for excellence. They are particularly enthusiastic about movement and hands-on learning activities. They are excited about using technology to further their understanding of key concepts. With the availability of chrome books, they are interested in coding, 3D printing, and project design through technology. I am excited to see them bloom through innovative, career oriented applications of technology this year!

My Project

Each of my students are fortunate enough to have a Chromebook available to use at school. These are used regularly to support learning of all concept, particularly to reinforce those that are difficult for students. The Chromebooks provide access to many resources, including interactive vocabulary practice and project creation. One of my goals as an educator is to facilitate college and career readiness, which involves knowledge of technological resources and navigating the World Wide Web. To be able to use the Chromebooks, our classroom needs power adapters so they can be charged nightly. Without adapters, students cannot have charged devices to use during class.
