Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will allow students that pass through our weight room to study their lifting technique on a monitor and on a computer. There are over 400 students that pass through our training facility every day. There are different exercises for each of the different sports. This equipment will not only help them study their own technique to insure safety in the weight room, but will enable them to see samples of professional athletes demonstrating specific exercises. This will help the coaching staff prepare these student athletes for the rigors of their sport. This may also help to accelerate the time it takes to master each specific lift.
