My Students

My students are pretty awesome. I love the diversity we have in our classroom. I come to school every day to a classroom full of students that are ready to learn. They are always excited to know what our day will include.

I teach 4th graders in a rural area with limited resources.

We are able to beat the odds of low-income and these limited resources to succeed in many areas. However, we could use some help. My students and I would be very thankful for any help you could provide!

My Project

These power pens talk! When kids answer math problems correctly, the pen praises kids or gives redirection if needed. This would be perfect for helping my students work on their fact fluency and speed.

The 5 sets of multiplication quiz cards and 5 sets of division quiz cards will give my students a chance to recall their math facts in a fun and engaging way.

Students use the power pen to select their math fact answer on the quiz cards. This would be great extra practice to help reinforce the multiplication and division facts. Thank you for your donation on our project!
