My Project

I think it is very important to give the students the power to learn on their own. With the Power Pen and skill cards the students will be able to take reading into their own hands by using the Power Pen and skill cards to monitor their reading and understanding of what they are learning.

I think students work well when they are engaged in reading and not just working off of worksheet after worksheet.

These materials will be used as a center in my class to get the students moving and learning.
