My students are engaged, eager, achieving learners who have the potential to be tomorrow's innovators. The students at SCE come from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. This year, we are stretching ourselves to include experiential learning outside of the classroom and to introduce opportunities not typically found within the walls of a suburban school.

My Project
We are bringing agriculture to the suburbs in a unique experiential learning opportunity that combines chickens, gardening, and composting. Obtaining our Chicken Coop is vital!
Help us grow our student's understanding of science and nature while providing long-term experiential learning opportunities that will last a lifetime!
With this project, our school will embark on a new venture by housing hens alongside our garden and expanding student understanding with collaboration on gardening, composting, and the importance of agriculture in our world.
Poultry in motion is a school-wide initiative to provide students with real-life sustainability learning and greenSTEM opportunity. This project is school-wide!
