I am a middle school technology teacher. I teach video and music using technology. My school serves students throughout our city. The students are 85% minorities. 70% of our students will be considered first generation 4 year university students. Our students choose to attend our more rigorous school, than their neighborhood middle school. Many of our students have a primary language other than English, but they are all proficient in English.

For the past four years we have been having our own school film festival with our student created videos, PSA's and music videos shown to our students and parents. We have our students create professional looking movie posters for their movies. So far, we have been able to print these posters out on 4x6 printer paper and display them for our student body, so that they want to attend our film festival.

Our students are now using bamboo tablets and Photoshop to create their miniature movie posters. The posters are shown around our school and on our website. The next step involves you and this extra wide printer. How cool will it be for our students to see their 13x19 posters of their own movies and film festival displayed around school and our community? These posters also advertise the entire film festival, so people know the time and place. The extra wide printer is perfect for this and many other applications our students need to show their professional level works of art.

Our students spend many hours on their final poster project. It is time they get to witness it in full 13x19 size. These posters appear very professional and will allow all the students, parents, teachers and community to see how talented our artists can be. You have the chance to support these students by allowing them the opportunity to print in large scale the movie posters for the student written, directed, acted and filmed movies and film festival.
