This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The Positive Reinforcement Bin is geared toward improving student accountability and inspiration in the classroom! The idea of this project is to inspire students to improve their performance in the classroom by offering rewards for participation credit.

With increased participation - students' grades will improve!

Since the return from remote learning, many students struggle to participate and discuss in the classroom. The idea behind this Positive Reinforcement Bin is to track student participation and discussion in the classroom. With the idea of snacks as a prize, my students will feel inclined to participate! This will improve both morale and my students' grades!
