Help me give my students the experience of a lifetime to perform and the world renown Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August of 2020!

My Scholars love to express themselves through dance. It's their heartbeat. I love how they're able to teach me new things and be empowered by their skills. Whats really special is that they are able to share their experiences with discipline, excellence and the balance of schoolwork inside of that. We have many conversations of how the transferrable skills from Dance to Drum Line to school life and then to real life.
They have a special way of affecting their peers as well.
With each performance we have been able to get better. Because of the free partnerships we have been blessed with, they have been able to really invest time in technique of dance and teamwork outside of my teaching. Now when their peers see them dance, its layered with much more than a cool move they get to do. It becomes a discipline with hard work and focus. They get to show off their teamwork.
The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is the largest performing arts festival in the world. To secure our spot in this festival, we need to raise an initial $3,000. The opportunity to expose our young artists to an experience like this will broaden their understanding of the world. It will provide an unmatched educational opportunity to learn not only about performing arts, but offer them a chance to earn college credit as well. In addition, students are challenged to expand in their own talents and knowledge through hands on learning in acting, technical modalities and educational workshops. Finally they will experience the culture of the world. We believe in the power of the arts and their ability to shape well rounded and community invested young people and citizens. This opportunity has never been offered to this community. This performance has the ability to ignite a fire of excellence and bring it home to our community.
