My first graders are amazing young people who are always ready for action and lots of learning! Each and every child is full of potential, and my job is to help them reach for the stars.
Each day is full of opportunity and learning with many new and exciting activities happening in my classroom.

My Project
I have a very old pocket chart stand that is not stable, and is missing screws. It does not have wheels, and is constantly wobbling. It is highly unsafe for my students and needs replacing. My students and I would greatly appreciate a chart stand that is safe, moves easily on wheels, and is easy to display charts. Reading poems, songs, and chants is so important to the development of early reading skills, and the small pocket charts will enable students to work on pocket chart reading tasks in small groups. Thank you for helping us to have the resources es necessary to support group reading lessons!
