Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My class is filled with diversity! My students come to school excited to learn everyday. Most of my students have never been in a school setting before, let alone around other kids. The majority of my students are growing up with their abuela and/or mom around. About half of my students are part of the ELL program, some barely speaking English. But that does not stop my students from learning!! I love teaching, please support our classroom. Thank you for your help!
My Project
I have students who speak Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic at home and English is their second Language. This pocket chart will allow students to visually sort the alphabet and pictures associated with the offer but ends letters. Students can also work individually or with a partner during centers. I will be able to hang this pocket chart and uses as my center to give students an opportunity to sort especially those who have not completed previous school. This pocket chart will make a difference in the way students.
Also i would like to add reading books and soft seats for my listening center.
