My Students

My students are from a variety of diverse backgrounds. They love to play instruments and especially love to be played loudly! A lot of students come from struggling families, and music can be an escape for them. Even when they are young, they understand how powerful music can be.

My Project

This new keyboard is necessary to build musical comprehension and skill in the music classroom. We will use this keyboard to learn songs, theory and all other musical skills, all while having fun!

Help me to teach important concepts as my students and I use this keyboard for orchestra lessons, folk songs, dancing, musical games, singing exercises, etc.

The portability of this piano makes it useful in many contexts and for students of all grades. Learning piano theory is an important first step in a colorful and vibrant musical journey.
