Help me give my students access to free books over the summer with a lending library box I will set up outside our school building.

The students in my school are eager, energetic, and come with a variety of prior knowledge background and learning experiences. They live in an urban, small city rich in history and culture. This Title I school is an historic landmark building set in a historic part of the city. The building is more than 100 years old.
All students receive free breakfast and lunch daily and some families live in subsidized housing.
We have a before school program for working parents to drop off their students and an after school tutoring service for students needing extra academic support. Our dedicated faculty and staff work diligently and tirelessly everyday to provide our students with the best, rigorous education to meet the challenges of today's fast-changing world and beyond.
I would like to erect a lending library outside of our school building before summer 2020. This will allow students free access to books at all times during the summer when they are not in class or do not have access to books at home.
A lending library will help to prevent the "Summer Reading Slide." Many of our students do not frequent the public library because they do not have personal library cards or transportation.
They also lack personal book collections at home. Not reading during the summer months can result in as much as 3 months of reading growth they acquired during the school year. This is detrimental to their overall academic growth.
A lending library right outside of our school with books supplied by staff and the community will entice students and families to frequent the school to get books during the summer months.
