Our kindergarten virtual classroom is filled with 50 amazing children. Their ages range from 5-7 years old. These children have great imaginations, are creative, and have high energy to learn.
These children come from diverse and low-income families.
Our students deserve to receive the best education possible so that they are able to succeed in school and in life. These boys and girls have such awesome attitudes and they try their best every day!
My Project
When the Global Pandemic happened, it changed the face of learning as we were accustomed to and threw us into the online world of teaching and learning. My students are using the online platforms Google Classroom and Google Slides for distance instruction and assignment completion. As a teacher, I am looking for ways to increase learning opportunities and ease for students. Sadly, this comes at a cost for us teachers. At our school, we are paying out of pocket for online instruction. While we are more than willing to do so, we could definitely use some help paying for these assignments and instructional information. We have been purchasing these great resources from Teachers Pay Teachers.
The Teachers Pay Teachers educational website has many wonderful resources to choose from such as games, activities, math and reading lessons, and many more fun learning tools to keep the students engaged and having fun while learning.
