Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are used to sharing my laptop. They will now be receiving an iPad thanks to donors at Donors Choose. Let's keep it in good working order by putting it in a durable case!

My students are in grades 1-6.

They attend a public school. They are all students with autism. My students are amazing in so many ways! They have challenges in the area of social/emotional skills and communication. For some, learning through traditional methods is also a challenge. The building has limited financial resources so any donations are greatly appreciated!

My Project

With a case to protect their iPad they will be able to learn while keeping the iPad in good working order. Since some of my students get upset easily it is important that they have a durable case! My students are very motivated by visual learning, especially on the computer!

This will make a huge difference in their lives as they can practice academic, communication and social skills on this iPad.

The case will help keep it safe! We appreciate any help you can give!
