My Students

I learned as a very young child that reading took me to places I'd never been and may not ever get to go to. Reading introduced me to real and magical places that I remember to this day. There are so many books that I've been able talk about or share with my students over the years. They love hearing about "when Mrs. Roeder was a kid in school..."

All students love books and reading or being read to.

Some of them just need a little help sometimes and that's my job!

My Project

Please help us have a better leveled literacy classroom. We have a new room but it needs some supplies. Remember, kids love books if they have everything that they need to go with them. Book boxes and pencils will greatly help us in class.

Book boxes will allow books to be separated into different boxes by levels for each group of students throughout the day in class.

My students will also need LOTS of pencils to be successful during their time with me at the teacher table. I don't have a regular classroom that gets school supplies so I'm asking for your help!
