My Students

Words help our kids express themselves. They love to talk and learn!

These are energetic and vocal kindergardeners.

They love to learn and read. Also, they love to talk about themselves. They are a diverse bunch of young learners. They come from different backgrounds. Some are English language learners, newcomers, and students with IEPs or special needs. They love being in school!

My Project

These journals will help them have visuals for their words. It will help build their vocabulary. Also, they will be able to work together to build their oral and vocabulary skills. This will help their writing skills by providing books and being able to add pictures to the vocabulary words. This will be used in their centers. Many are English Language Learners who would benefit from the books. Theis will be used in their reading centers as well as the ELD program. In addition, our students with special needs would also benefit from these books.

The kindness is the best lesson our students will learn.

They will learn about generosity of our community and how we care for each other. In addition, they will learn that when they grow up, they can choose also to be kind and donate to different kinds of community organizations.
