Please Help My Students Continue to Learn at Home Remotely!
Help me give my students the materials that they need for remote learning! My percussionists need a way to play at home and having sticks and a practice pad at home will allow them to do that!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I absolutely LOVE my students! I have to say that they are truly special individuals, mainly because of where they come from and what their attitudes are! My school is the second home to a demographic of kids in which 95% of them are severely economically disadvantaged.
What I love about my students is that even though they come from situations and have things happen to them that we cannot even fathom or understand as professionals, they continue to come to my classroom happy, with a good attitude, and always ready and anxious to learn!
They are much better and stronger individuals than me, because if I had to deal with some of the things that they deal with outside of these school walls, I would not have nearly as big of a drive to learn and succeed as they do!
My Project
I am planning to distribute instruments out to my students so that they can learn at home! I have instruments to loan out to all my 7th and 8th graders who play wind instruments, but I do not have anything to loan out to my percussionists to take home.
These practice pads and these sticks will allow me to include my percussion students in at-home remote learning with instruments!
There are a lot of unknowns right now, and this donation will allow me and my students to be productive while we cannot do band the traditional way!
