Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students come to school every day with smiles on their faces. They are excited and eager to learn. They are special because they are learning English and Spanish, so every day they are working to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural.
They are kind, wonderful humans. I am asking for your help because our school is closing at the end of the year, and our funding for this year has suffered as a result. My students get hungry during the day and I am asking for your help feeding them to keep them motivated and excited to learn. I appreciate any help you can give!
