My Students

The children in my classroom are pre-k students! This is their first step on their educational journey. Most of them are experiencing school and socializing with same-aged peers for the first time. Due to the rippling effects caused by the pandemic, my students are struggling more than previous classes to regulate and understand their emotions. They are also struggling to connect and engage with their peers.

My students are a part of a wonderful and loving school family!

At our school, we emphasize the importance of community! My sweet kiddos are ready to make friends, explore new materials, and let their imaginations soar!

My Project

My students love to create and let their imaginations soar, and seeing themselves in their play is very important! Children often use play to help them understand events that have already happened in their lives or to bring their dreams and ideas to life!

My students will be to create more authentic play with figurines that they can relate to!

With the dollhouse and pose and play people, my students can work individually or with their friends to create connections and understandings. With the multi-cultural figurines, my students will be able to learn more about themselves and their friends!
