My Project

My students have faced so much tragedy these past six months with the flooding that happened in Eastern Kentucky last summer and the rebuilding efforts. Our school lost everything in the classrooms but also our preschool students lost all of our playground equipment and toys.

We have worked hard to get our classrooms back to normal and now we are working to get our playground back.

Our students love playing outside and they haven't got the opportunity to do so this year with proper playground equipment. So many skills are learned on the playground from gross motor skills to social-emotional skills. We can't wait to get back out there!
