"The best way to interrupt the cycle of poverty is to support children's physical, socio-emotional, and educational needs." - Cheryl Suliteanu
Help my students to successfully participate in and enjoy school! Our elementary school is in a high-poverty area, and many students come to school hungry. Not all of my students are able to participate fully in their general education setting without extra support. These materials will help my students learn how to be successful, independent, and happy in life.
My Project
My students love using play-doh to increase their creativity skills. Playing with play-doh is a great way for my students to interact with each and practice sharing tools. Play-doh is also a great way to build muscles in their hands to help with fine motor and writing skills. These play-doh sets are very intriguing and helpful to help my students to engage in meaningful play. All my students would be so thankful for your support of my classroom. My students would use these tools during choice time and build great skills. These would be an amazing addition to my classroom setting. Thank you!
