Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Kindergarten is a garden where the “kinder” grow! We spend our day laughing, hugging, and learning through play. We stress teamwork and how to be a friend as we work together to learn. The children enter my room as four and five year olds. When we are using games, the children are learning together and it gives me the ability to pull small groups for individual instruction. By supporting this project, you can help “The Stromski Stars” shine! Thank you so much!
My Project
The children will use these materials to help them learn sounds, rhymes, create mazes through critical thinking skills, work together in teams and play as they learn! Play is the work of children, and the children will learn how to work and play together with these materials! We have a wonderful STEM project on this list where children will have the chance to build mazes and different structures. We’ve got a good mix of math and literacy to help the little ones play and learn the essential skills needed to succeed in Kindergarten.
