My Students
My students come from many different backgrounds and have many different learning styles but they all have one thing in common- they LOVE to learn! My classroom is all about meeting the unique needs of each of my students. We spend a big part of our day gathered together learning, talking, and reading. Students are given multiple opportunities to succeed using carefully chosen materials based on their specific goals.
We celebrate diversity on a daily basis, and I look for ways to create a learning environment that appeals to all types of learners.
We are located in Brooklyn, New York. Our school is part of a growing and ever-changing neighborhood that encompasses an array of cultures.
My Project
I have been teaching for many years but this will be my first year teaching Pre-Kindergarten. It would be a great comfort to know that I will have resources that I can rely on at my fingertips throughout the school year. It would be like having a professional planning partner by my side as I navigate through unfamiliar curriculum.
Teacher Pay Teachers has been an excellent resource for me in the past and I look forward to seeing what it will help me accomplish with my little learners this year.
