This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a 7th-grade special education self-contained class. My students are energetic, fun, and inspiring. They are always anxious to find out about our next lesson.

They love to participate and answer questions whenever possible.

However, the transition from "normal" school to our setting now has been tough on them all. Although they face this challenge they are still in class everyday giving me 110%. These kids are my inspiration!

My Project

This color printer will help me provide my students with the visual aids they may need in real-time. A few of my students really struggling with distance learning require me to print packets for them to hold and write on physically.

This color printer will be used to create these packets as well as improve on visual aids my students need to be successful.

Having a color printer in our class will allow me to make packets or visual aids on our time without having to wait on the school copier.
