My Students

Our students are awesome preschoolers who range in age from 3-5. Our kiddos are just experiencing a school setting for the first time and are exploring the many different areas of development within the classroom such as social-emotional, cognitive, and behavioral. Due to Covid many of our kiddos have been in near or complete isolation and are needing more tools to help them learn. Our kiddos are very eager to learn and want to explore different projects.

My Project

In our classroom, we have many students who have sensory challenges. These items will help all of our children have an equal opportunity to use tools and materials that are more specific to their needs. We are teaching our preschools how to spell, read, write and recognize letters. Not all students learn from the traditional pen to paper technique. Using foam, slime and other crafts will help bring more excitement to learning. With these items, our students will have more opportunities to engage in learning that is not only educational but fun as well.
