Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are creative and enthusiastic about learning. They are entering the stage of learning where play nurtures their curiosity and fuels their well being.

The students I work with each have there own unique personalities and learning style.

They work hard and are always eager to learn.

This program gives children from all cultures, areas, and various incomes an opportunity to learn and thrive within the district. My energetic students enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore.

My Project

My students get so sad when they have to decide what they will take home to mom and dad; and what they will show off in the classroom. The materials I’m seeking to have funded will do away with all those conflicting issues. And make our Art Area and Writing Area a place they can enjoy creating family pictures.

Additionally, the materials will be used to create the students' letter-link symbols so they know where their things belong.

Promoting literacy in our early childhood learners makes them excited when they can read the names of the other students in their classroom.
