My Students

My students are dedicated to their learning and It would be helpful to have a TV dedicated to zooming other students into the class that are unable to attend due to sickness. My students want to learn grow and participate in-class activities. In science, we do many labs that can need input from others to make sure that the students are learning.

If students are not in school, it makes it harder to make up the labs since they only have a limited amount of time possible to make up for all of their classes.

My Project

I have had many students that have missed labs because they have been sick. I want a TV in the back of my room to allow students to interact through Zoom during labs. I will have a camera and Chromebook connected to the TV so students can Zoom in another student who cannot attend school. This would help students keep up with their school work when they are not able to attend class.

This idea from another science teacher that has a tv on a cart in his Chemistry lab and it has been very successful in the lab to help those that have not been able to attend.
