My Project

Physical health increases mental health! During recess time, the students are able to practice and enhance social-emotional skills that include collaboration and turn-taking while increasing their physical fitness. When the students are busy with specific games and activities, it also decreases incidences of mean behavior. This will be done through games of football, soccer, and a group favorite, ping pong!! With the requested equipment, the students will be able to work with adults to increase their physical, social, and emotional health! The students will be grateful!
