My Project
Whiteboards will be placed on the walls around the classroom to provide students the opportunity to actively participate in Phonics lessons, dictated by the teacher. As the teacher dictates sounds, letters, words, and sentences students will write what they hear. Allowing the teacher to see all student work in real-time and check which students need assistance.
Students enjoy using the whiteboards and markers so they can easily see and erase their mistakes.
This will be used in reading to assist students with their decoding skills. It also provides students the opportunity to move around and interact with their peers.
