This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will soon begin teaching a course about financial literacy to a group of students who is excited to begin learning and implementing these lessons into their everyday life. The text, I Will Teach You to be Rich, offers easy to understand lessons about banking, saving, debt, and investing.

I wish I had learned these lessons as a teenager, and these resources will help my students and their family make important money decisions that will affect them for decades to come.
