My Students

My students are talented, creative, and kind! They perform in various music ensembles including: choir, band, orchestra, guitar, marching band and jazz ensemble. They come to school each day ready to rehearse music at a high level. Our music department is very active with at least 50 performances each year. Our music department teaching staff is dedicated to advancing our tradition of excellent and growing our music program to reach as many students as possible. We strive provide the best music education experience for our students and our school that we possibly can!!

My Project

This item that I am requesting for my students is desperately needed to allow us to perform live music in the school and community. During our live music performances this item will allow us to amplify our voices and instruments. It will be used at least 25 times per school year with the choir, guitar ensemble, jazz ensemble, marching band, piano class, and our music honor society. This powered mixer will integrate with our existing sound equipment (speakers, microphones, and cables). My students love performing for each other in class and this equipment will allow their voices to shine loudly when joining vocalists with instrumentalists.
