Help! We are creating beautiful brochures, pamphlets, posters, etc. on our computers to show what we have learned, but we have no way to print and show them off to our school, friends and family!
We are a high poverty elementary school with almost 60% of our students on free or reduced lunch.
These students do not see this as a barrier. I do NOT want to see it that way, but that is what it has become. My students are very proud of what they are accomplishing in relation to technology. The problem is we have no way for them to take their projects home so that their parents can see their progress.
My Project
Again, we want to be able to show off our new found knowledge. If we are able to get this donation we can use the paper and ink to print our posters that we made about characters in a story. We would be able to print and display our brochures that depict the places we are learning about in the United States. We would be able to print and show our parents the Power Points we created about the ecosystems we are learning about in Science. We want everyone to be able to see what we are doing!
My students are working very hard to accomplish more with less nowadays.
They enjoy what they are doing and want to share it with others. We want to be able to share our projects with other classes as well as take them home to show to our families. If we receive this donation we would be able to print and display our hard work and success!
