Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We need your help providing our students with technology, snacks, and goodies for our upcoming school year!

Our students, from Morris Heights in the Bronx, NY, range from ages 12-15 and are extremely smart, driven, and outspoken.

Our students are all in the 8th grade, and we are so excited for our upcoming school year! During distance learning, it is hard for our students who are kind, motivated, passionate, dedicated, and extremely loving to learn without the materials they need. They are people who are going to make our world one in which everyone is accepted, seen, and loved.

My Project

Help give our students the materials and resources they will need moving forward into our upcoming school year!

Preparing ourselves with plenty of masks, snacks, and special education resources, such as pencil grips and chair modifications, will allow us to look forward to our upcoming school year with ease!

With so much uncertainty in the world, it is crucial to prepare, and prepare ahead of time. We have some of the most amazing students and want to give them everything they need to show the rest of the world their capabilities and skills! Thank you for your help!
