This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a really low income area and our school is a Title I Public School which relies on government funding. Students have been struggling with basic needs at home and I would like to provide them with the supplies in the classroom to make their learning easier and engaging.
I can't rely on the parents to provide their basic supplies and my school not always have enough funding to buy binders, papers, pencils, stick notes, dry eraser markers, markers and color pencils, pencil cases.
With this project I'm willing to provide enough pencils so we can have an easier day to day in our classroom.
