Help me give my students the ability to sharpen their pencils so they can sharpen their minds!

My students come into my classroom eager to learn. I have provided a comfortable environment for them. The challenge comes when the students do not have what they need for class. I consider myself pretty savvy on a graphing calculator. I know many shortcuts that I pass on to the kids.
I teach in a low socioeconomic school district.
Our school has 100% of the students receiving free breakfast and lunch. I am in my 21st year of teaching here and enjoy working with these "underprivileged kids". They really appreciate all that you provided for them. I, on average, buy 7-10 kids their school supplies every year because they cannot afford it. These are the types of kids that have so much to offer but are held back because of their "home-life" that is so deprived of financial and emotional stability. They come to school as their safe haven. Many only eat when they are here. I try to help as many as I can. They are good kids, they just really need a chance and for someone to show that they care.
In math class, I only accept pencils. I tell the kids, "If you use pen, it means you don't make mistakes. If you don't make mistakes, then how can you improve and learn?" They bring pencils to class every day, but we do not have a pencil sharpener in the room--not even the old-school wall mount ones. If they lose a point, they cannot fix it. How can I expect them to be prepared if I cannot provide the tools needed to learn? I have asked them to buy a little one for their pencil case but most of them did not get one.
These sharpeners will really help the class move smoothly.
If a student needs to sharpen his or her pencil, they can do it easily with minimal disruption to the educational process for that student and the ones around him/her. These kids really want to learn and this is another tool that will help them to be successful.
