I teach in Title I school in a small, rural community. My students are sweet, little boys and girls that are eager to learn and deserve to have every possible advantage that I can give them. Pre-K students learn through many different activities. One of the things that could affect the rest of their academic career is not only the lesson taught, but the procedures they learn, and the play that go along with it. All student learn differently, let's help them all build a stronger foundation to last throughout their educational career.
Learning to ride a tricycle will help our little ones improve their gross motor skills and use their excess energy in a more constructive activity. Riding a trike is a fun and exciting way to build the muscles needed to be able to complete their lessons and have a more enjoyable educational experience.
I would like to get two tricycles for my students to help them build their gross motor and help the find a better way to release their energy and frustrations.
This will also be great on days that are too cold or wet to go outside. Thank you for you help.
