My students need PE equipment. Not only am I their classroom teacher, I am also their PE teacher. With new sports equipment I will be able to teach them about sports.

Hi, my name is Ms. Holt and I teach an energetic group of 5th grade students. We live in a high-poverty area and face many challenges on a daily basis. They are a wonderful group of kids who love engaging learning.
We like to learn and have fun.
They are a resilient group of kids and I am happy to be their teacher. They are hard-working students who appreciate the resources we have by taking such good care of them.
My Project
Currently, we have a few items that we use for P.E. It would be helpful to have some actual equipment. I would like to teach the students how to play sports, play with good sportsmanship, and be team players. Most schools have marginal PE equipment at best. I want to have some equipment that the students will feel excited to get out of the classroom to use. This can also be transferred to home, where I want them to be outside also, and not just playing video games. This equipment will allow me to do that for them. Thank you for your generosity.
