Help me give my students a Standard Desktop, Book Box, Swinging Footrest Bar. I have used a podium for my students and it was great, I would like to transition to standing desks as they are sturdier.
I am finishing up my first year of teaching, and I cannot put into words what a year it has been. I have had so many great memories created, I cannot imagine how I can have a better start. My class was so diverse, they had unique personalities and they contributed to the classroom dynamics in a way that we became a family and I will be sad to see them go.
I love that my students were able to benefit from a podium that was sponsored last year.
Now that I know how much they were able to benefit from it, I want to transition them to standing desks that has a place for their books, a fidget bar for their foot/feet and is a lot sturdier than the podiums. I love the podium and so do my students and they use them all day everyday, but having both podiums and desks takes up too much space. I have decided that I will do what I can to purchase the desks as I can and use the podiums as a backup until my class is supplied with the standing desks.
