I need financial assistance to attend this valuable PD course which will expand my ability to provide virtual and face to face robotics instruction during this challenging time of hybrid teaching and learning.

My Students

My students are creative, energetic, thoughtful and full of curiosity and spunk! They love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow their problem solving abilities to blossom! They come to school each day ready to try new things. Truly, they are my inspiration!

My Project

I am requesting funds to attend a winter conference on virtual robotics instruction. During this time of hybrid and remote learning, I am teaching Engineering and Design in a simultaneous "Zoom in a Room" format to students in the classroom and students attending remotely.

This Robotics workshop will provide me with invaluable skills that I will be able to take back with me to immediately implement for the benefit of all of my seventh grade students.

By the end of the workshop, I will have expanded the range of engaging activities and lessons I offer, to best support the active learning of all students, whether they are attending school remotely or face to face. Thank you for considering supporting my project!
