I really want to help my 8th grade English language arts class realize how great books can be! I teach one class and I would love to show them that they CAN enjoy reading, and that there ARE books out there for them!

"I hate reading" is the line I hear most often. "I can't find anything I like!" is the other line I hear. After reading many positive reviews online and hearing about this novel from both students and teachers, I hope to show my students that they can actually have a good time reading, and that there are books out there for them!

A class set of these books, Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment by James Patterson, will help me to keep the students engaged during the reading. Since I only teach one language arts class this year, they will also be able to take them home to read as well.

They kids are our tomorrow. Please help me to empower them with books and the knowledge they need to succeed and make our world a brighter place!
