My Students

My Kindergarten students ,from a small Louisiana town, are learning ELA and Math every moment of the day. They enter each day ready learn with a huge smile on their faces!! They are little sponges that soak up anything and everything that I teach them. They love to read books, draw pictures, learn letters and sounds, play with manipulatives, and do almost anything that gets their little minds thinking.

They beam from ear to ear when they proudly conquer a new skill that is taught to them!

They love to learn!

My Project

These partitions will help my students with their weekly assessments by giving them privacy, so they are able to focus and do their absolute best on their assessments.

Each week my students take weekly assessments in Math and in ELA, so I, as their teacher, can determine if they understood the skill or standard that I taught for the week.

I use these scores to track my students data weekly, so I know exactly how far my students have come since their very first day of Kindergarten. It is amazing to see a what a Kindergarten student knows starting from the very first day of Kindergarten to the very last day of Kindergarten!
