Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My classroom is a safe learning environment for my students. My students come from different backgrounds and different living environment.

I teach in a Title 1 school and want to provide my students with opportunities to succeed in the classroom.

I want all of my students to show academic growth by the end of the school year. My students will integrate the arts in all of our subjects. My students always do their best and are eager to learn new things.

My Project

My students need a durable take home folder for homework and important papers. It is important that parents are able to communicate and see their students grades. The student will be responsible for making sure they take the folder home and bring it back to school. The two pockets will make it easier for students to know if the paper needs to be returned to school or kept at home.

The storage cart will allow the teacher to file all graded papers to send home for parents to review with their child.

Your generous donation will benefit the students and help the teacher stay organized. The teacher will be able to give each student an individual file on the cart to store their graded papers.

The 30 slot file organizer will be used for students to turn in their work when they are finished. The file organizer will help keep the classroom organized for the students and the teacher.
