I am blessed to teach first grade on a Native American Indian Reservation. My students are intelligent, motivated, cheerful, kind, and eager to learn. My students are extremely hardworking and deserve nothing but the best. Our K-12 school district is categorized as very high poverty; 100% of the student population is on free or reduced-price lunch. I want to make the days my students spend at school extremely special and memorable, but I need a little bit of help!
My Project
I am humbly asking donors to supply my incredible students with Astrobrights Colored paper to use during Writer's Workshop. My students are working hard at writing, but we need paper to get the job done! This paper will allow my students paper to write on during Writer's Workshop.
I am requesting colored paper so that my students will have options and choices when it comes to paper selection.
My students have come to understand what it means to be an author, but they need high-quality paper to continue producing high-quality writing. Not only will students use this paper to write on, but they can also print and publish their writings on this paper.
