Paper Circuits Shine LIGHT on Student Creativity!

My Students

Our school is located north of Phoenix in Anthem, Arizona and our students have varied backgrounds and abilities. Our students are 21st Century learners, and most have never known a world without technology.

We have created a makerspace where students become makers and creators, bringing ideas to life!

Our students love participating in the makerspace and some have even joined the Maker Club, spending their after-school hours working on projects that connect with the real world and solve real problems.

At our school we inspire lifelong learners through character, collaboration and creativity. We are Anthem Rockets!

My Project

Paper circuits are an easy and fun way to help students understand the basic concepts of electricity. Using paper circuits, students can create any paper design and add lights, sound, and/or motion to bring their projects to the next level!

Students can use paper circuits to understand the basics of electricity and how circuits function, incorporating art and science together for an enLIGHTening experience!

Students use the makerspace to create and explore. Having a variety of STEAM-related (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) materials helps them understand how things work and how they can use that knowledge to solve real-world problems.
