Paging System Needed!

Help me give my students a wireless paging system so they can keep working when they need me, but still let me know they need assistance.

My Project

I have a class of 23 amazing third grade students who have been working really hard this year on putting forth their best effort. Part of doing this means they often meet with me to get feedback on their work. We discuss what they are doing amazing with and what they can continue to improve on.

Many times when students need assistance, there are other students ahead of them that also need assistance.

Instead of having to continuously yell out the next student's name, I could just use the pager system to let them know when it is their turn. This would also allow them to keep working while they are waiting. This system could also be used to pull small groups. Again, students wouldn't be distracted by me calling out names. They would just have their pager vibrate and they would know to come to the floor.
