My Students

The sixth graders in this class are just amazing. They find joy and enthusiasm in everything they learn, and are so excited to start new projects! As they have progressed throughout elementary school, the challenges set before them have become greater and more complex, but they rise to the job every day.

They understand that success is found through perseverance, and a struggle today can mean a breakthrough tomorrow.

We strive to learn content in new and innovative ways, and with technology at our fingertips, we know there are more ways than ever to create and share our learning with the world.

My Project

By turning a written personal narrative into an audio podcast recorded with high quality microphones, students can take ownership of their stories.

Students should be able to share their lives with the world, and take pride in the work they put out for all to see and hear.

Help us make this project happen by providing the microphones that will record the stories of 6th graders, their friends, their families, and their community. They will be able to record their own narratives, as well as interview their friends and families about their role in the journey they choose to write about.
