I teach 1st grade in California. Our classroom supply budget has been cut this year, but we would love to still have the opportunity to experience Science!

Cut apart throw-up?! Nothing excites a 1st grader more than being allowed to talk about "puke" (aka pellets) in class. I remember doing the same project years (and years, and years) ago in elementary school. It is one of those things you never forget!

Through the funding of this project, my students will be able to experience Life Science in a whole new way! Thirty owl pellets, along with the owl pellet resources, will make this a wonderful hands-on lesson for my students.

Your help will make it possible for me to turn a hum-drum lesson on owls into a memorable experience that these children will remember for a lifetime!
