I am a classroom special education teacher in the New York City area. I teach emotionally disturbed children in the second grade. These students are required to take all standardized city tests. Our school was most fortunate to receive grant money, and each classroom was given a brand new overhead projector. I am currently in need of overhead transparency kits for grades 1-3 in the following subject areas: ELA, Math, and Social Studies. These will serve as visual aides to enhance my curriculum. My students love to learn, and my teaching style is such that all of the various learning styles are incorporated. This gives each student an added advantage. I often use music, poetry, hands on materials, and visual aides to enhance learning. Through your generosity, our new projector will be put to good use. Thank you.
