Outdoor Trail Beautification

Help me give my students the tools necessary to complete our outdoor trail with providing birds homes and decorating our flower beds with student artwork.

My Project

My students are creative and excited to learn. They are excited about class that can be held outside!

These materials will allow them to express their creativity in designing and building birdhouses, painting them and hanging them on our outdoor trail.

They will also get to paint a rock to use in our flower beds we will be making on our outdoor trail as well. Once these materials are placed outside we can spend time outdoors maintaining the outdoor trail environment and birdwatching. We will learn what materials are used when birds build a nest, how long it takes for their eggs to hatch, and what birds are native to western NC.
