Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach at an amazing school! The kids at my school are very loving. They try their hardest and will do anything for their teachers. Some live in tough neighborhoods or homeless shelters. They still come to school wanting to learn and happy to be there. We always want to make sure to provide for every student.

We are in the process of becoming the 1st STEM certified school in Tennessee!

We are trying to incorporate STEM into our daily schedules as much as possible!

My Project

Please help me give the students in my school the much needed recess equipment. Our playground is not the best. It needs some repairs and it floods very easily. I want to add a few fun things they can use while they are outside

Recess will be more fun with balls and bases for the students to use.

This set of equipment is wonderful because it is sorted into 6 colors. One color for each grade and a bag to store them in. I also want to get storage carts to hold this equipment by the recess door. This will help the teachers because space is classroom is limited.
